SKIN MIRACLE TRANSFORMER TREAT & CONCEAL

Finding the oh so called ' perfect' concealer or any product in fact can be rather tricky, especially if it is a multi tasking product like this one, which also doubles up as a treatment with a formula that has been designed to also disguise and treat the under eye dark circles , dark spots etc.

What they claim the product does?

"Instantly improve skin tone, luminosity, and texture. Evenly smooth out and minimize the look of pores, fine lines and pigmentation spots. Miracle Skin Transformer Treat & Conceal leaves your skin with a smooth, radiant, airbrushed complexion in seconds. "

They could not have summed this up in a better way! Having used this product for over three weeks now I can assure you that is exactly what this product does. The formula is super creamy, soft yet not greasy. This product is ultra concentrated so a  little goes a long way  , with superb coverage this product will not fail to conceal even the worst dark spots or those red pimples we all get from time to time.

The Forumla?

The Miracle Skin Transformer Treat & Conceal is known as a M3 Complex which contains marine collagen : which is the most similar to human collagen , it contains vitamins , essential sea minerals in addition to helping to heal the skin tissue resulting in plumper skin , reduced fine lines furthermore it helps to improve the tone and elasticity of the skin. It also contains white rose and chamomile extracts which are great at soothing the skin leaving it feeling and looking brighter.

Over all thoughts?

Astounding product, despite the super heavy overage due to the light texture it does not fall in to the cracks of the skin resulting in a cakey look. It works great at covering up pretty much anything and despite being a little bit more on the pricier side I can assure you once you try this product it will become one of those ' why have I not tried this sooner products'  and that says something ladies, it is not often I am so impressed with a product that is a multi tasking one.

Have you tried this?

FITSPIRATION

We all need a kick u our bottoms sometimes to get motivated and with summer right around the corner I think now is the right time to do so as Bikini season is upon us Yikess!, & If your anything like me your probably thinking a little toning is needed before we can slip into that bikini. It is fair to say most of us have started a fitness program and then slowly quit or slightly fallen of the track but the best thing to do even if that does happen is to get straight back into your routine. I find that I find it easier to stay on track when I plan and organise myself . Here's a few tips on how to stay motivated in other words a bit of fitspiration ladies ;) .

Numero one : SET GOALS but don't forget to be realistic after all it is going to become your new lifestyle and if you make it to extreme it is more likely you will not stick to it for long. It has been proven that if you it takes around 21 days for you to build a habit so stick through it and it will get easier.

Numero two :  MAKE IT FUN do exercises you enjoy as once again your more likely to stick to them. I personally love running and pilates . There are plenty of sports out there so your not just limited to the gym if that's not your scene. Personally I tend to do my cardio at the gym and pilates at home . I have been doing pilates for over two years now , I find it really strengthens your body , works your core and is great for toning your body amongst many other benefits such as helping you achieve a better posture , better balance and body awareness.

I discovered Cassey Holmes a few years back now , she has great Youtube exercise Videos , DVD's as well as a website with recipes, tips , exercise plans etc. I personally have found her very helpful, she's  fun to workout with , keeps her videos enjoyable yet still make's sure your left sore the next day ;).

Numero three: BE FLEXIBLE as important as it is to stick to a routine  if your too busy or simply don't feel like up to it  and yes well all get those days have a day off. It's important to have rest days , it let your muscles and body  recover.

Numero four: DIET here is a misconception that a lot of people seem to have " as long as I do massive amounts of exercise I can eat all I want " no no no , unfortunately that is not the case. There needs to be a right balance between the two in order for you to achieve the results you want. Personally I am a firm believer that the approach to weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise, eating a healthy balanced diet not only helps you loose weight but makes you feel better and more energetic which is what I found from personal experience, now having said that it is important not to completely restrict yourself just treat yourself less often to the less healthy foods you crave which for me tends to be cookies as to which I have a very unhealthy addiction to! Below is a few of the things I have been including and excluding in my diet to get my bikini bod ready just in time for the summer  season.

What to avoid :
No candy, baked goods, or ice cream. Ideally, no sugar! ( no cookies sayy what?!!?) , No fizzy drinks.
No white bread or rice, No eating 2-3 hours before bed.

Breakfast Options
Porridge with fruit, Natural Yogurt with granola, Breakfast Smoothie. Egg Omlette

Lunch & Dinner Options
Chicken & Veg ,Fish & Veg,Soup, Salads

Snacks
Fruit. Nuts, Greek Yogurt , Hummus and veggies, Protein Bars

MONOCHROME ' SIMPLICITY IS THE ULTIMATE SOPHISTICATION '

If you like to keep things simple this trend will be your perfect style fix, as the combo of black and white is dateless. The monochrome trend has been one of my favourites for sure, it's one of those you've known for ever and will never really truly phase out, and let's be honest it can be pulled of pretty much all year around if styled the right way.

It is a strong look for sure but can look very sleek and minimalistic at the same time which is what I personally love about this trend. Seen all over the SpringSummer 2014 catwalks from designers such as Kenzo to Victoria Beckham of course each designer puts a different twits to their garments.

Bright Pink Lips

New Season means new Trend, with the Spring season bright colors follow now this applies to both the fashion and beauty world. We find ourselves updating our wardrobes and beauty collections with the latest trends, and above I have chosen my top current favorite lip colors whether you like it bold or more nude there's something for everyone.Bright lips are a perfect way to finish of a simple and easy summer look to add a bit of boldness and character to your look. Starting from the left here's an overview of the lipsticks above.

Loreal' Color Riche : Tender Rose 303

This is a beautiful rose colored lipstick with a very creamy consistency , it's very moisturizing with a slightly glossy finish perfect for a slight pop of color.

Collection 2000: Satin Bow 13

This is a oh so called "volume sensation lipstick' which once applied gives you a very subtle tingle which is hardly noticeable in comparison to other lip plumping lip products out there. More on the peachy side of colors it is an absolute bargain at £2.99 with a great color pay off and a glossy finish.

Beauty Uk - Cupcake 14

Gorgeous bright Barbie Pink shade, this lipstick is super pigmented with a matte finish which can be quiet drying , having said that most matte lipsticks tend to have the drying effect on the lips so make sure you use a lip balm before hand. This color would look fab on a summer night with a subtle eye make up and bronzed skin for that bold lip look.

Maybelline COlour Whisper 06

Gorgeous mix between a peach and baby pink color with a creamy consistency and a glossy finish. This is a gel based lipstick with a gorgeous gloss like finish. The colors are a bit more sheer once applied to the lips.

What Lipstick trend will you be rocking this season?

Hello Smooth Hair

Overworked, dry and brittle hair? I feel you girl, I think we have all gone through the stage where we literally put our hair through hell and regret it later but not to worry as I have found some products that not only work but will not freak your bank balance out either! I use to bleach my hair every three months for the last couple of years until I decided I wanted a change and went back to my natural roots well kinda when I decided to go brunette which as you can imagine left my hair in a pretty poor condition . Being a bit of a product junkie I have tried it all from the most expensive products to drugstore in the hope to find the 'perfect' remedy, lets be honest there is no such a thing however with the right products and patience you will recover those locks. So let's get on to the products.

This is one of my all time drugstore favourite shampoos by far, it smells divine has a very silky texture and leaves your hair smooth, shiny and nourished. Having used this for over a month I simply can not fault this product as it has been working wonders for my hair and at only £4.99 it is an absolute bargain.

Leave in Hair Conditioner : Macademia Oil Leav in Nourishing Cream

The macadamia oil range in general is fab but this product in particular has been working wonders for my hair, I apply this to wet hair concentrating on the ends and find my hair is tangle and frizz free. A little goes a long way with this product, whilst this leaves your hair nourished and soft it doesn't weigh it down which is great as there's nothing worse than leave in products that leave your hair looking flat. You can but this from as little as under £4 at BeautyBay.

Fact: Macademia Oil is great at hair nourishing as it contains the highest amount of palmitoleic acid ( Omega 7) of any plant.

Hair serum is essential if you have frizzy or dry hair as it helps to tame it down as well as leaving it looking silky smooth. This one is great as it fights against humidity whilst giving you a glossy silky smooth finish at the same time. I have been using this after I style my hair and find it leaves it smooth and shiny once again the formula doesn't leave your hair greasy or weighed down as long as you don't over do it , a little goes a long way.

Straight Hair Balm: Straight Sexy Hair Balm

If you like the sleek smooth hair look that lasts then this is the product for you, the straight balm helps to achieve silky smooth hair that lasts and stays straight. It contains aloe vera gel and wheat protein which help to keep the moisture in your hair and combat frizz. I apply this right before I straighten my hair brush it through then straighten it. This product retails at around £7-10 depending on where you buy it however it will last your for months as all you need is a small amount of product applied evenly through the hair.

Gladiator Sandals Trend 2014

Ladies the gladiators are back this Spring/Summer 2014. We all love a new pair of shoes especially the kind that's comfy yet still bang on trend but also one that doesn't break your bank balance.

The gladiator sandals come in all shapes and forms from flat sandals, to heels to knee high gladiator sandals , the trend has officially gone mainstream and has been seen sported by many known faces. It originally made an appearance last year, and the trend has since then continued to grow when we saw it on spring runways meaning it is going to be huge this Spring and Summer 2014.

I have managed to bag myself a pair already however I will be purchasing a few different styles for sure. The pair in the image above is from New Look and at only £29.99 it is an absolute must have item, they are so comfortable and right up my street as the heel is pretty tall and chunky.

Below I found some other Gladiator Style Shoes which are on my wish list for this season:
