Guilt free & 100% Natural Pancakes.. I'm in!

Monday 21 January 2013

Hey Dolls,

As I have mentioned yesterday I will be doing some fitness/ health post from time to time and what a better way to start than with pancakes!? I am pretty sure most people love em I know I do! But let's be honest they are not the healthiest breakfast choices or are they?! I have been a BIG popilates fan for nearly two years now!Shout out to Cassie check her out if you haven't already. I have heard about her Banana Pancake Recipe for a while but not being a fan of bananas I always put this recipe to the side , however yesterday whilst doing my food shop I decided to get two smallest banana's they had in store haha and give this a go! and ohhh my  ladies this will be replacing my usual flour and sugar packed pancake recipe for sure! They are so delish, one of your 5 a day , low calorie and high in protein what more could you want!?

So here's the ever so simple recipe:

What you need:

1.Ingredients:   Almond Milk (or  milk of your choice)
                         1 Banana
                         1 egg

2. Put the banana in the blender with a little bit of milk to help it become a smooth consistency, or you could just use a fork and mooosh it up.

3. Put the consistency in a bowl and mix with one egg.

4. I used the 1 calorie spray on the frying pan.

And VOILA....  you are done! I drizzled a bit of Honey on top of mine, but you can have them with fruit or anything you like! I hope you enjoyed this little recipe! Let me know if you would lik me to do more of these posts! For nutritional values and more recipes visit Cassie's Blog.

  1. That looks so easy!! I probably wouldn't need anything else! The banana would sweeten it enough!
